Omg had pancakes this morning - i just HAD to treat myself! went for a 5km walk though so i feel like i've earned it.
i was literally dreaming about them last night and i hardly EVER eat pancakes, maybe twice a year? So weird, my cravings are changing so much lately (and no i'm not pregnant haha)
I hope one day i can dream about salads and quinoa, that would make life easier XD

Why on Earth would you want to dream about quinoa?

I have pancakes a lot... not hard to fit them in your calories.

I love making banana pancakes. One or two very ripe bananas, an egg, and whatever spice you like. Soooo good!

I love pancakes too but, can't say I've ever dreamed about them. Perhaps I will tonight though :)
  • yep that's right - i've set up your dreams for tonight

These pancakes are fabulous! I love changing up the flavors I use. I have made them using Chobani Pumpkin; Strawberry-Banana; Coconut yogurts. Excellent.

Not sure why, but this reminded me of the only one occasion I had a dream about eating... and I actually woke up chewing on one of my wax earplugs. Bleugh.

I'm having pancakes for dinner one night coming up. I don't see the need to avoid pancakes. I don't remember ever dreaming of them though.

Pancakes can fit nicely in a diet though! I either do Greek yogurt ones with protein powder, or Ricotta ones, or oatmeal/pumpkin ones. Heck I just had a lot of leftover pancakes, and I had a waffle for breakfast, and my macros look awesome today.

well that's it - grain-free pancakes tonight. I'll use that yogurt recipe above and substitute almond flour. :)
  • Guess what everyone!!

I'm having pancakes for breakfast tomorrow hahahaha I can't believe this pancake discussion went on for this long.

I realised it was time to have them again since this thread is still going and I'd rather have them before I dream about them again...unless I dream about them tonight but that's a win-win situation
