Just wondering if you have seen a Board Certified Headache Specialist? If you look up this information, there are only about 300 doctors with this specialty. I have had chronic migraines for many years and it takes a lot of patience to find the right combination of things that will help you! Here are some good websites…

Just keep tracking and exercising. Soon you will see more of a change and it will motivate you even more! You might need to give yourself 6 months or longer if you want to see a long term change. It takes some time but you can do it!
