  • I can relate, I only have one child though, but after 9 hours of work all I want to do is come home and play with her. I get up early (4am) and workout. It sucks but it's the only time I can get it in. It is VERY hard but I know when I'm done I will feel great! Good luck!

  • I read that people who work out in the morning have a better success rate because they tend to stick to it due to a routine in the morning.
