Exercise more, eat less- can't drop a pound.. any help?

Been working out for about 3 weeks. I see no weight loss, not even a pound. Although, my BMI has stayed at 24%. I honestly work out hard and watch what I eat. Why am I not seeing ANY weight loss? Any ideas. Btw, I'm 47 years old.

Have you been eating to hit a specific calorie goal? Weight loss is created by a calorie deficit, not by exercise.2

I can't see your diary, but it's relatively common for people to be making some logging errors that result in them eating more than they think they are. Three weeks is a bit early to be worried about progress, but if you open your diary we may be able to help you troubleshoot your logging.1
