35lbs down and people are already a lot nicer. I'm kinda afraid how 100lbs is going to feel like socially. Culture shock? I can now borrow clothing from 'normal' weight friends. :)

Yes! Problem with carbs is that I can't stop at just one. I'm all or nothing. If I do eat carbs I am super exhausted and crabby.

Awesome feed back everyone! Honestly, I wish I was more willing to eat med-rare steaks just due to how much faster meal prep would be and juicy. I'm still hung up over the blood oozing out though. :mask: But hopefully I can get over that soon. @kirkor I do believe this is the case. Not yet past medium though.

I work in a hospital 8 to 16 hour shifts with a few 12s thrown in there. I eat only one meal at work and try to bring mine's with me. A lot of my heavy lifting friends that became pregnant still continued lifting, just at a progressively lower weight the farther along they were during pregnancy. Also pregnancy yoga can be great way to remain toned.

77 hours into fasting and feeling a~mazing! I really like not stressing over meal prep, but anticipation for that juicy ribeye is building. Congrats to you all! 22 hours is still a long time to fast. :)

I read very complicated stuff and also drink Kava tea which knocks me out.I also purposely lower my body temperature so that I am more tired. Otherwise I just make the most of it. I also will meditate in bed while lying down and sometimes will drift into dream land.

I buy uncured bacon therefore it is zero carbs/sugars. When it is cured especially with sugar I don't trust that 0 carb/sugar label.

Of course it varies person to person, but I first noticed weight loss on the top of my scapuli, but the major area has been my waist. It looks like I'm extreme corseting when I'm not. I know my hips and thighs will be last.

I work afternoons 1530-0000 sometimes will stay on til 0730 on an ICU unit. Cut out the AS, they will make you crave more sugar. I'm 9 lbs from my Christmas goal. I've recovered from thanksgiving, but am going to do another 72 hour fast. I do drink coffee with HWC when I fast. It helps me keep the fast and not feel deprived.

peanut butter has too many carbs. And too high in protein for some one eating <20g of carbs. OP, maybe mayo? I will mix in a bunch of mayo and make deviled eggs with meat on top. Yum!

I also am extremely sensitive to carbs and sugars and eat 10g or less of carbs per day. My sugar goal is 0g. Eat more fatty cuts of meat and dollop some butter on it. Salami, ham, pepperoni topped with a slice or two of cheese then nuked for 20 seconds has been my go to. Yum! Deviled eggs made with mayo topped with generous amounts of bacon.

Glad it's going great! Also, it's best to stop eating the sweets since they'll just trigger sugar/carb cravings. Butter and HWC( heavy whipping cream) are the two things that are my go to when I'm low on fats.
