I've never had depo so can't weigh in on that but do want to say I know the bc patch is only effective for certain weights. When I'm on my app I don't see any asterisks but can see the calories and size options. When I use the web site I only see astericks and name and can't see the calories until I've added it to my diary. (Leads to a lot of deleting.) Does any one else find this to be the case?

Sweet tea. I've never been a fan of drinking the syrup most people pass as sweet tea but as a southerner I have enjoyed having that. When I started this 9 weeks ago I told myself I would no longer drink my calories that way and didn't have a sip until one week ago when I got sweet tea with my daughters grilled nugget meal.…

I love my one as a motivator and my mom loves her flex. I can only use the one because I can't wear things on my wrist at work. It really has made me conscious of how active I am.

My first non family member asked if I was loosing weight and wanted my secret! What's more is this was in my work scrubs! And... Today I noticed that I'm under 100 lbs left to get to goal! That makes me very happy.

I know myself. I have to log everything except when it is no more than 3 dry spices added after cooking or I will sneak in things and not know why I'm not loosing. It's truly just for me to know how I'm doing because I am notorious for over using condiments.
