You can build yourself some alternative dumbbells, just take two same-size water bottles and fill them up equally. I have two 500 ml standing at my desk. I know it's not much, but it's something. Yes, I am trying to cut out (or at least reduce) starches like bread, pasta etc, because that is what I usually eat when I get hungry: sandwich, pasta and tomato sauce etc. So i was wondering if I can replace that with fresh (homemade, not bought) juice.

I know what you are talking about. I always feel sorry for the kids that are already morbidly obese before they turn 6 and you know it's the parents. My new flat is quite big, maybe I should just go and by a jumping rope and some dumbbells. Saw an old punching bag lying around in my "store-room" (junk-room), you know: build a little home gym? Laundry workout? Will go look at that. My goals are 10 kg by end May.

I work as a secretary in construction, the problem is that I have people running in and out of my office, also during lunch. So I can't exactly be doing sit-ups when a client comes in.
