Thank you.. I am looking forward to being able to post my before and after pics within the next year.. I know it will take some time to get where I need to be, so I will continue to work for those milestones.. my next one, a belt or some smaller pants.. my 18/20's are getting to loose to keep up on their own..

Try adding some variety to your exercise and start the cardio back up. I recently had about a month of not loosing a single pound also.
