I eat one to two salads a day and that helps! My salads consist of 3 cups veggies, 50 calorie dressing and 3/4 cup meat!! Good luck

Congrats! I am in the same boat, my BMI is 29 and I am aiming for 25! Down 3.8 pounds after one day, think it is all water weight but just starting out!

Great job! It doesn't look like you need to lose more weight, gaining muscle is always good! I am trying to motivate myself to do 2 work outs a day! I am doing 21 day fix! Good luck!!

Big goal is to get to 125, I am 157 now. Little goals: 1. Stick to 21 day food plan. 2. Get into the 140s in 5 weeks! 3. Exercise daily. 4. Look good for meeting of my 21 Day fitness coach in Febraury. 5. Wear a bikini by August!

Do all you marathoners eat back calories on long run days? I am doing 1320 calories a day I didn't know if I should up that after long runs? Doing 14 miles this Saturday.

I have heard you should work out in the morning on an empty stomach to burn the most fat, that is what works for me!

I know how you feel! I love food and have a big appetite. What is working for me is replacing breakfast and lunch with protein shakes with banana and then eating a healthy dinner.
