Hi , day 3 of Keto for me and I feel great but not in ketosis yet. I pee’d so much out on day one like a balloon deflating. SW: 155 CW: 152 GW: 130 What kind of exercise are you all doing? I usually exercise hard 6 days a week but now doing just 1 hour walking, mowing lawn, or yoga.

Running should be enough. I ran 3 miles at 26 minutes yesterday and I got a great workout! You may find when starting out you should walk run. Like walk a mile run a mile etc for like 4 miles. Should get a good workout in!

I would recommend OA , overeaters anonymous , a group that struggles with bingeing and overeating. It helped me with my anxiety and depression too!!!! I have been walking daily for an hour and logging. The exercise helps combat anxiety!!! Good luck to you!!!!

The Low Blood Sugar Handbook is a great resource. I had problems with hypoglycemia when I was younger but don't anymore. This book is great! I recommend always carrying almonds!

I know dairy hinders absorption of iron so watch that when eating iron rich foods.

I struggle with depression too and was on meds for it. Unfortunately the medication actually caused the weight gain so I am now off meds and on supplements! Fish oil tabs and the supplement NAC works for me!!

I know it is challenging to stick to 1200 calories but I am trying too! 21 Day Fix meal plan is about 1200 calories a day so I have been doing that too! I drink a protein shake daily that is 160 calories and is fulfilling! I have that for breakfast it is Shakeology.

What are all the medications you are taking? You would be surprised how many pounds add up just from meds! I was on lithium, Latuda, and lexapro and gained 40 pounds! I am bipolar and am on 50 mg of Topomax and it is working great as a mood stabilizer but have not lost weight yet just second week though. I am following 21 day fix meal plan and exercise!!

I know I have bipolar ll disorder and this drug acts similar to lithium except without the weight gain! It actually calms me but my brain works differently then most.
