Fruit fills me up - apple with 2 cups water Or Grapefruit with 2cups water. I also am drinking coffee in morning and 2 cups tea spread out in afternoon. My mom got me this tea that is to help reduce cholesterol !

My husband struggles with plantar fasciitis And runs very little. (He use to run daily). He bought a bike and has lost 20 pounds! I want to lose 30 pounds! Good luck to you with the rowing/ I hear that is one of the best workouts !

Run the half- do the full when you Have a 18 miler and two 20 milers Under your belt! I prefer half marathons But have done 5 full marathons:). Hope this helps! Good Luck!

When do you lift? I found when I lifted before eating I had the most success! This was all Pre kids and when I was doing another program.

Good for u quitting the cigs! Nicotine speeds up your metabolism and quitting will slow it down . It is going to take your body and metabolism awhile to adjust to new routine.

You are lucky , Wellbutrin made me hypomanic ( I have bipolar II disorder). Lithium and Latuda are working for Me but gained some weight but plateaued, now have to lose it.

It makes a difference being big boned- you can weigh more! It is tough because we are still called petite!

I want to be 120 pounds, people say I look good at 125 pounds the ones That did my metabolic test said the Computer said 133 pounds is good because of muscle mass - I am an athlete. Whatever way I look at it I still need to lose about 25 pounds.

I am a runner but currently taking a break because of burnout:(. However to answer your question , yes you can start jogging - I recommend getting the knee high stockings for running - should help with the shin splints! As far as knee pain goes, invest in a good pair of running shoes and go slow. Knee wrap might help too!…
