This is much better than Weight Watchers in my opinion and u get lots of support! I prefer counting calories rather than counting points! I just have to be honest with my log entries and stick to calories budgeted for me:)

This looks like a fun challenge! I spin at The YMCA. I don't own a bike not Running right now because I am burnt Out and need a break! Also do Pure Barre Classes!

You look awesome! I have 30 pounds to Lose,at 150 now at 5'1. Want to be 120 Have lots of muscle and per metabolic Test should aim for 133 but I want 120 ! You motivate me!

Thanks for the comments! I do Exercise most days but I don't Want to log it because I don't Want the extra calories. I do Pure Barre and spinning classes. Taking a break fro running after Training for marathon.

She may be retaining fluid! Has she tried Low carb or fruits and veggies for a week? This sometimes gets rid of fluid retention And then pounds come off.

Well I find that I need to eat a hearty breakfast, a medium sized lunch and a small dinner to be most successful. Even if you work out in the evening- does not matter. I also find eating the most carbs at breakfast and decrease carbs throughout day so at dinner time You are eating the least amount! Hope This helps!
