Scrambled eggs, mix cottage cheese in while it's still cooking, cottage cheese have low fat content and will not melt as easy as other cheeses, but it will get gooey. You won't even need to add salt because it'll taste great without. it's one of my favorite snacks!

yea too much equations, there's no such thing as a clean bulk go big or don't go at all. most people fall in between because they think they're over-eating and cut back, and when they cut back too hard, they'd eat more to bulk up again, and the cycle continues to a point where you're not gaining or losing size, and stuck…

If you don't mind. Take a picture and post it so we can have a better critique. Muscular as in toned, or just big in size? or a bit of both? genetics have lots to do with how our calves looks. My buddy never works out his calves but his calves are super beefy, where as I have sprinter calves and more narrow.

Quakers oats, put it in a bowl, add water, micro wave for 3 min, add whey protein or bananas, and u have yourself a great breakfast. It's super easy to eat where ever, when ever

Don't think calories when you cheat, cheat days can motivate you to keep proactive throughout the week until your next cheat. Cheat day is like a reward, you wouldn't want to reward yourself less for all the hard work you've done. However, that is all up to you, best wishes
