Thank you so much, I will definitely check out the forum. I will take any advice I can get. After having 3 children, I just hope that that my stomach isnt a loss.

OK thank you for the response and great ideas. I can totally see the difference with my body, its just the numbers are not moving anymore, and it seems like my stomach isn't getting flatter.

I eat 1500 regardless of exercise. And I eat most of my veggies at dinner time, and I will try the lettuce wraps instead of the bread. Thank you guys for the advice.

I have the same issue. And I have no clue why I am now currently this way. I have even asked the doctor and all he could tell me was it could be my body trying to catch up to my new exercise and weight loss routine.
