Inches lost!!

I started my journey with MFP after going from 215 to 190 and plateauing. I am currently 178 (which i am not happy at) but i have dropped in shirt sizes from XL to L and pants from size 16 to 10-12 . I understand that with strength training (crossfit) 3 days a week and cardio (treadmill & elliptical) 2 days a week it is going to take time to get to 150. I am getting a little frustrated with why my belly is saggy and being stubborn to lose. Does anyone have any suggestions as far as exercises I should try and do I need to change my rotation?

u may need to eat a bit more about 1600ish to 1700ish. i cant see your diary but from your previous post you are eating 1500ish and below.
with 3x/week crossfit and 2x/week cardio, you figure you should be losing weight. ikr!
try to set your macros
Carbs - 180... try not to go over on carbs
Protein - 120...you can eat more ptotein
Fats - 60.... try not to go over on fat
Fiber - 30to38
try to eat 1600ish to 1700ish 5-6x/week
then on weekends, you can eat up to 2000ish when eating out with family or friends or celebrating a feast/holiday etc...0 -
OK thank you for the response and great ideas. I can totally see the difference with my body, its just the numbers are not moving anymore, and it seems like my stomach isn't getting flatter.0

as you get closer to your goal, patience is your friend. With your strength training your belly will flatten up overtime. just keep pushing and dont give up.0
