Hey, Counting calories and any type of exercise will work. If you are finding yourself not motivated to use the elliptical, find something else you like. Mine is to hopefully get down to my weight loss goal (about 15 pounds to go depending on the day). Hoping to do this by the end of February. Then want to focus on building muscle until the start of golf season. I have already dropped 10+ pounds in the last 5 weeks so I feel like I am on track.
