i've posted here before but I've I'm just really proud. I went from 176lbs to 156lbs. I know its not much but i got to 155lbs in early november, and decided to kept the weight-loss there so I don't lose some hard earned muscle.. and it's paid off! I'm 156lbs but I lift as much as i did when I was 170lbs. thats where the real success is.
I've been lifting weights, running, cross fit, muay thai, and olympic weightlifting. i follow IIFYM (If It Fits Your Macros.)
