I am coming back from a neck surgery, almost 2 years out, and since then I have developed this "hunch" and carry my shoulders higher than normal. I feel weak there and a lot of other places, but was having a hard time finding exercises for that area.

After 2 spinal surgeries I learned two things; walk slowly and get in the pool! Even when bed seemed much better because the pain is exhausting, it is a vicious cycle. Start slow and get in that pool. Good luck to you!

I completely understand where you are coming from. My weight loss feels so miniscule when compared to the amount I have to lose. But, what is our alternative?
