I am on a similar timeline journey as you described for yourself. I focused on my nutrition in January and am down 10 lbs, I just joined the gym. Your post has given me inspiration on what's possible. Thank you.

i don't follow the plan, but i try to stick by the 300 cal/meal 6x's/day, eating cleaner then i was before. drinking my water, so added sugar in pop or caffeine. i run 5k once a week as I'm doing a run in July

oh yay! I did it!! End of month 1 and I lost 10lbs and 16.25 inches!! Now if this isn't motivation to push me through month 2 - where I hear "the magic happens" I don't know what will!!

Thanks everyone! It's definitely a mind over matter thing. I revisited my accomplishments, shed some tears, and today I am going to put 100% heart into Plyo Cardio Circuit today!! It's not even my workouts that have been suffering, it's my eating as well - and logging! I just fell off the wagon and started making excuses…

My bmr is 1646 Off to read - also did the TDEE calculator and it says 2255

I feel like all I'm doing is eating!! I eat when I get up, at 10,12,2,5:30, 8 Before I started this journey my day would consist of 1 coffee (2 sugar, 2 cream) until about 3pm and then I'd start snacking - I'd have dinner with my family, usually 2 plates of whatever we were having, and then I'd munch until I'd go to sleep.…
