Nice Job!!! I started on Jan. 13 and have lost 23lbs. Still have roughly 25 to go and hope to reach that goal sometime this summer.

Drink a lot of water, have some greek yogurt, or dandelion tea. Those are my 3 go-to's for bloating. If I am feeling desperate I will use a water pill (and drink LOTS of water). I know that's not healthy for me, but it helps in a pinch.

I set my goal at 50lbs and am feeling very motivated about it! This is the LAST time I want to lose it and then I am committed to maintaining….no more excuses!!!!

If you've really cranked up your workout schedule and changed your diet, that right there can do it. When I was 18 and started basic training I went 11 months without a period(other than a day here and a day there) and then they resumed to normal.

I use "my bootcamp hub" through the "No excuses workouts" Facebook page. I highly recommend the program(it's all on line).
