De-bloating tips?

Sorry, didn't know which forum this would fit in!

Its about 9pm at the moment and Ive had a small binge. Im easily bloated and suppossed to go out tomorrow night and have chosen ambitious clothes!

I get a fair amount of exercise tomorrow, would it be best to drink lots of green tea or just eat clean all day?

Safe to say I've learnt my lesson. I restrict myself after a small mistake and the cycle keeps coming.

    Drink a lot of water, have some greek yogurt, or dandelion tea. Those are my 3 go-to's for bloating. If I am feeling desperate I will use a water pill (and drink LOTS of water). I know that's not healthy for me, but it helps in a pinch.
