  • President's Choice has a few lower sodium deli meats. I don't eat processed meat too often because of the sodium content but I do find I can plan my day around these lower sodium ones a little easier.

  • I certainly use mine! For me, it's the best motivation to exercise!! ha. I've been tracking my food/exercise since the end of January and have lost 27 lbs so far so it's working for me. I try to "earn" my food. If I want that treat at the end of my day but don't have the calories, etc. for it, I exercise to get them.
  • If you're exercising, you could be adding muscle mass. Muscle weighs more than fat so you can notice a slight increase in weight at first.   • I track fat, sat fat, carbs, sodium, and cholesterol. Trans fat is the worst but I don't usually eat foods with it so I don't bother tracking it. Sat fat is another bad fat.
