I like to make a hash with cubed sweet potato, onions, steak or bacon, and eggs - serve with salsa. Or, I like to take cubed sweet potato with onion and beets, toss in olive/coconut oil and season with garlic powder and s/p, roast and serve with rough chopped cilantro.

My boyfriend and I are teaming up this year to eliminate all soda (mostly me) and fast food (both of us) from our diets. My son and I are both dairy intolerant, so we mainly use almond milk. Unsweetenend Vanilla Almond Breeze is our favorite!! We also use rice or coconut milk on occasion.

I don't usually drink pop, but when I do, Diet 7-UP has 30mg sodium. Not sure about any other brands, though. Maybe there is one out there that is less, but like other commenters, I wouldn't worry about 40mg!
