Does anyone know which diet pop has the least amt of sodium? I drink one can a day and wasn't adding it to my food log and when I just did, it has 40 mg sodium! I was surprised...99% of the tmie I drink only water so one can is a treat now....But I'm watching my salt.

    I personally wouldn't care about 40 mg of sodium...a glass of tapwater likely has that much...

    ^ I have no idea how much sodium is in tap water but I agree about 40mg being pretty low/reasonable relatively speaking.

    Most is considered low or very low sodium.

    I don't usually drink pop, but when I do, Diet 7-UP has 30mg sodium. Not sure about any other brands, though. Maybe there is one out there that is less, but like other commenters, I wouldn't worry about 40mg!

    Yeah diet soda really doesn't have that much sodium in it so I wouldn't worry about it, though pepsi max has only 25mg per serving.

    Diet Rite has the least that I know of, but, personally I think it's awful. I'll have a soda occassionally, but, I mostly drink water.
