I think I was losing weight. I can't even deny that but for me I get sick of all of the high fat foods. It was okay at first but I became very sick from doing it.

I've tried calorie counting and it didn't seem like I lost a lot of weight. I think i lost some but not as much as I did with low carb. At this point though i would be willing to try it again.

I totally understand you! When I get upset or things go bad at work I want to eat. I have been off my diet for 5 days and it was only suppose to be one. I'm starting back up on tomorrow. Thanks Everyone for the replies! I am glad that I am not the only person who has experienced this in some form. I can't lie at one point i did have it but i would never vocalize it or say it to someone. I used it as motivation for me to get in shape!

I love the Rotissirie Chicken from the store as well as Tyson Southwestern Chicken which is great. I agree the slow cooker is good but i don't like to out chicken breast in they get too dry.

I tried this for a few months and it didn't work for me but i know people who can do it and it works for them. I would be willing to try once I lose more weight but for now I'm sticking to my low carb. I think whatever works best for you. I feel like we are all different and have different genetic makeup.

I would say weighing is a good idea. I know I would think in my mind I thought I new what an ounce or a 3 ounce serving was and than I put it on the scale and realize I'm 3 or 4 ounces over. So I would buy one for sure.

I would say change your workout. I was doing a combination of the same exercises than I did a workout for a day or two that was completely different and the weight started to come off. I also realize burpees and much as I hate them help with me shedding the weight.

I think you should push it out to August maybe October. Its a very doable goal. I think getting moving will help. I do Cardio videos I find online and lift weights (very light ones 3, 5, 10, 15). I set 10lbs month and I've been dieting so far for 159 days. By May 1st I'm suppose to be 50lbs down but so far I'm at 43 pounds. I won't complain. The thing is that you can set a goal but your body decides when and how to lose the weight.

I've learned to eat most of my calories if I excercise I have alot left over but if i don't eat enough i don't lose weight. So at one point I had 2353 and I would eat 1800. I would say Kick Boxing and Burpees. I have a love hate relationship with Burpees but I always loose weight doing slow Burpees and Burpee Jacks.

I just smile and nodd and continue what I'm doing. Its frustrating becuse I'm on keto so I eat lots of fat and proteins and ppl give me major stares. I think it should be up to the individual. On one hand white sugar is bad and artificial sugar is bad. So what are people suppose to do eat fruit all the time. I think that sugar should be consumed moderately but thats my opinion but I would never push that down someones throat. Its up to them.

I work from home and I sit all day. I use videos from YouTube for excercise and bought some weights for 20 bucks at Walmart but you don't need them immediately. I am doing keto low carb. Its working for me. You may want to research that.
