  • I initially had a burst of energy so much so that i could sleep at night for about a week and than suddenly I became really tired and now I feel like I'm back to normal. I had enough energy to excercise but that burst of energy I initially had is gone. I can't say that I miss it because it really ruined my sleep pattern.

  • I started off cutting out bread, potatoes, and rice but still ate a bunch of fruit and than transitioned to keto where i had no fruit and limited my carbs to under 50 g. I think I had an easier transition than going cold turkey. I would definitely suggest starting out with a higer amount of carbs and than scaling back.…
  • I used to have one every Sunday. I stopped not because I was gaining weight because I was losing weight but it would take me all week to get back down to my weight and lose. It was just frustrating looking at the scale and seeing my weight go up knowing full well that it was water weight.

  • I started on Low Carb and switched to keto. I don't eat any fruit. I know you can eat fruits and berries but i try to keep my carbs under 20g so fruit is out of the question along with tomatoes and all those other goodies. I know some people do eat them in very small quantities though. Good Luck!

  • Sleep does effect your weight. If I don't get enough sleep for a few days or even two days I gain weight.

  • I think that you will. If you're using my fitness pal it should give you more calories for what you eat. I usually try to stay 600-800 under my calories intake but if I don't eat enough I don't lose anything.

  • I am usually 600 to 800 under my caloric intake daily and also exercise. I think that I lost most of my water weight early on when I was doing a low carb diet but not with the carbs as restricted as they are now. I will just wait and see how it progresses.
