Protranser, you're right.. there is a difference between a planned weekend caloric surplus and a binge. I'm just used to using that word. I don't actually binge. I would consider a binge to be more eating uncontrollably, until your stomach hurts. I don't do that. I feel no guilt at all

Exactly. shell1005... I had those issues because I didn't move. I just sat in my room and ordered 16" pizzas and crisps everyday. I was a mess. Tbh, I know drinking makes me eat more and it's full of calories I know, so I try not to drink often. I LOOVE oreos! I'm also addicted to them :) I take a packet of two to work each day and have them on my lunch. 106 calories of sugary goodness... yuuum, I could easily eat a whole box though which is why I only bring 1 packet into work. I'm craving them right now but I've had enough cals today :( :(

I don't have treats at home so when I go to a restaurant (two or three times a month) I just have something small earlier in the day and then don't worry about it.

Noooooooo, you're doing it the wrong way. I did that when I was younger and trust me, it'll never work. You need to eat more calories than that, if you want to lose weight. If you eat 1200-500, you can lose 1-2 pounds per week.
