add some almonds to your diet, or even peanut butter. a lot of times when i'm short calories, and still need to work out, i'll eat a couple spoons of peanut butter, and be good to go. .

Must be for voice. Cold water is actually slightly better, because your body expends more energy warming it up. But, I haven't found anything that says it really makes THAT much of a difference. .

I'm having the same problem. Yes, we do need to consume that many calories to sustain normal body function. Your body burns about 1400 calories a day, just by functioning. You can actually send your body into starvation mode, and make it harder to lose weight by consuming too few calories. Now, if anybody has any good…
