  • Yes! This. Or the only other option is if you are unemployed you could take 3mos of your life to do this. Otherwise for the working person, at 40hrs a week, getting in that much workout is tough! You would have no social life at all, never mind family obligations (i.e spouse, kids, etc). I like that Chris moves in with…
  • I have been back on track doing this for past 5 weeks and have bee loosing at least 1lb/wk consistently!
  • Sugar is a type of carb. From personal experience, when I eat too many carbs, my blood sugar gets all out of whack and I end up eating more throughout the day. I find that eating no more than 100g of carbs/day has been ideal. If you are doing weight watchers they will tell you that veggies and fruits are zero points and…
  • Unfortunately creams don't really work. Been looking for creams all my life and tried many and nothing has really worked.
  • For the best ab workout I will recommend you Ab Ripper X from P90X. For 20mins you will sweat and work every muscle in your core.
  • Today will be Day 5 of Week 1 (Started July 1st). Its not too bad. I think I need to increase my weights but other than that it isn't as hard as I anticipated. As far as being hard on the knees, I would say somewhat. My problem is when she makes you do planks. My wrists start to hurt fast, maybe I'm doing it wrong? From…
  • I did P90X (finished Memorial Day) and it told me to eat level III too but that is way too much food. I ate somewhere between 1700-2000 and lost weight. Lost more inches than weight though, so don't be discouraged by the scale. Tony makes you do lots of stuff so nutrition is key.

  • Pop Pilates Inner Thigh Insanity on youtube by Cassey Ho. You will feel it the next day! My inner thighs were so sore, I felt it when I had my foot on the gas/break pedal while driving.
  • Yes. You lose weight in the kitchen, get fit in the gym.
  • Sounds ok to me. There are weeks where I don't loose anything and then I drop 3-4lbs. If you have started a new fitness program it could all the water your muscles were retaining.
  • Cellulite, the true equal opportunity hater.
  • You can switch around some of the workouts. I don't think its a big deal. I sometimes took my rest day in the middle of the week depending on my schedule; but make sure you have day in between the weight lifting workouts. I highly doubt you want to do upper body lifting one day and lower body lifting the next day - I tried…
  • I did regular dumbbell rows for those. My doorways are kinda arched so the bar was out of a question and I didn't really want to spend money on the bands.
  • I was considering doing a Warrior Dash for next July and they actually show you somethings you can do to train for it. Check out their link. They actually break it down by your fitness level. It can't hurt to try! http://www.warriordash.com/info.php Good luck!
  • ::In best Borat Voice:: GREAT SUCCESS!!! Seriously, you look awesome!
  • Orlistat is Alli. I have used Alli on and off for about 8 months and have been quite satisfied with it. I didn't have any of the nasty side effects that it warns you because I followed my plan to the T. I guess maybe I needed that fear to follow thru with my lower fat intake. There have been days where I have been over on…
  • I have this same problem. I think she might be the same height as you, she is rather short when she stands next to her guests on her cooking show. But it could also be the brand of the pants she is wearing. I remember I once bought Tommy Hilfiger jeans on sale at a size 12 when in other brands I was wearing 16.
  • Does this count as bro-science: If you are a woman and lift heavy, you will look like a she-hulk.
  • So at most you might need free weights?! I don't have bars or medicine ball, or kettlebells and really do want to invest for space reasons. I have adjustable weights that go up to 40lbs. If this is mostly body weight, then fantastic!!
  • All this talk about diet coke makes think of that one skit Gabriel Ingesias did. For those of you not familiar with him, he is a comedian that often makes jokes about his weight (he is really big). And during this one show, he was saying how people make fun of him for being big, and his failed attempts to lose weight.…
  • Did you eat today?! That's just weight fluctuation from your meal. If you drink 1lb of water and then step on the scale, you will see an increase. Your true weight is in the morning, after you have done to the bathroom.
  • ^^This. Same goes for artificial sweeteners and natural sugar.
  • And neither will kill you...in moderation! I don't necessarily advocate eating heaping amounts of either.
  • I'm gonna friend you, because you are awesome!!
  • Your body can't tell natural sugar from artificial sugar, to it, sugar is sugar. ^^^yes!
  • It could be that the water is too cold, or you are drinking it too fast. Happens to me every now and then. If it keeps happening more frequently, it could be something else. Consult with your doctor.
  • Co-signed.
  • Brazil Butt Lift or Butt Bible and very good and comprehensive programs that many, myself included swear by. while most of the workouts are lower body exercises, they do include cardio, strength training and core work.
  • "They" also say that DHMO is bad for you too (and yet we have it all the time!!!!). If having Diet Coke or other diet soda's of your choice does not stall your weight loss, I don't see a problem with it.
