I think this person is jealous. Why would they need to point out what you are doing wrong when they themselves are not practicing what they preach? Do your thing, and next time, they say something to you let it be in one ear and out the other.

Not at all. My 7th grade PE teacher told me that working out actually helps with the cramps. It might be true but the first day I can barely move, so maybe going for a 20min walk might be a good idea so as to not "waste" the day.

Not necessarily. I did P90X and now I'm doing 30DS, and for the amount of time that JM makes you work I feel like I did when I was doing P90X. They are both very good. If you are tight on time, do 30 Day Shred. The Tae Bo dvds I have tend to run 45min up to and 60min.

This is why I don't bother with a gym. Pop my dvd or find something on youtube and you will be fine. Weight loss is 80% what you eat, and only 20% exercise.

Bit of both! While some cardio workouts will give you more calorie burn in a given hour, when compared to strength training for the same time, the more muscle you build, the more calories you burn on a daily basis (even if you just veg all day!).

I am actually using the generic version, Jolessa, for the same reason. I have not had any weight gain from it or any other side effects associated with birth control pill. I think you should be ok. Now when its TOM, it's like I don't even notice that I have it!

Brazil Butt Lift is your best bet...the guy does train Victoria Secret models. I find this method effective as he truly does hit every muscle in your bum you didn't know you had. This is also a very comprehensive program -you got cardio, abs, strength training and of course lower body workouts.
