  • If you don't like her "unsolicited advice" you don't have to respond at all. This just makes you come off b**chy. And she is right, if this program doesn't make you feel challenged or annoys the heck out of you, look into something else where you will enjoy and give your a greater calorie burn.
  • You have to remember that she had her stomach stapled, if she didn't would she have lost all that weight as fast? Both of you are dealing with different situations, don't compare yourself with her and keep doing what you are doing. 14 lbs in 5 mos is pretty good!
  • I used it and it helped me lose majority of my weight. I did not have any of the nasty side effects because I did not go over my fat recommended fat intake. Personally, I needed the extra boost to get my weight loss going. To me it is a great product and if I ever get stuck again, I would buy it again. People need to…
  • I drink diet soda so I can eat regular cake!
  • Your body can't tell the difference between real sugar or artificial sugar, to it, sugar is sugar. It all comes down to if you want to sacrifice a few extra calories for the real thing or if you don't mind the taste of the artificial one. Personally, I use splenda, maybe half a packet into my coffee and some milk.
  • Chris Colfer's The Land of Stories - got it signed by him yesterday!!!!
  • Would you mind sharing your recipe with me? Pulled pork is my guilty pleasure.
  • The guy that gossips all day long, listens in on conversations that do not involved him, tattles to the boss all the time, and shut off his compute an hour before work day is actually over...yeah this is all one dude. >:(
  • From what I understand about the Mayan calendar that was found, is that the stone tablet had dates up to Dec. 21, 2012. Because it was broken off, not because the world is likely to end in December. What I'm preparing for is the imminent zombie apocalypse...that one kinda worries me, since its already starting to happen....
  • The Bio Oil will help the stretch marks go from that red color to silvery/white. Once you get stretch marks, that tissue is damaged and is likely not going to go away. If they really bother you, and your budget allows look into laser and CO2 treatments - not sure if those things really work (I'm gonna say no) but that…

  • Keep doing what your are doing now. If you do end up with loose skin, ask yourself this "Do I want to be healthy with a little extra skin, or overweight?" Depending on your genetics you might not have loose skin. You are young, you have a good chance of your skin "snapping" back. Drink plenty of fluids. Maybe try some to…
  • I've done P90X and thought my first week of 30 Day Shred was tough! Yeah, it is hard. Edit: PS. Try breaking it down by the intervals. I found that when I did the first the mins, then and hr later the next ten mins and an hr later the last 10mins, I was able to do everything with good form without stopping.
  • To lose and lb/day you need a 3500 calorie deficit/day....keep doing what your are doing, if losing weight was easy we all would have been skinny a long time ago. Focus on your eating, and adjust to smaller portions/less calories first.
  • So you would run barefoot outside? Hope you have a tetanus shot ready! Edit: I can't spell today, its Monday.
  • $100, sometimes more depending on where you live and the store. Maybe ask for a discount
  • This is my goal too! I plan on going as Loki XD
  • Either donate or sell, don't keep them. You don't want the temptation to think, "Well its only 5lbs I gained, I have clothes that fit."
  • I have used Alli and have had good results with it. The main thing is that you need to stick with your fat intake with every meal. For me that was 17g of fat for each meal. You can't save your fat allowance and transfer it onto other meals (this is a very valuable advice I got from a co-worker that recommended me the…
  • I would like to know too. I have a wedding to go to at the end of the month and realistically I know I won't have as smooth, dimple free legs as I want to. I know these things are temporary but I would like to try it even if the effects only last a day. It will make me feel more comfortable in my dress. I know some people…
  • 89% Nationally 100% Globally Most like women in Tonga ...yeah, I'm going to walk away in shame now, and do some burpees or jumping jacks or something....
  • I think there should be a general rule for posts like these, if you did not use it and will be negative about it, don't post. Sounds simple, no? All she was doing was telling the OP her experience with it. What you think/feel about diet pills or supplements is yours to think/feel, but don't attack people for having tried…
  • Yes! Pretty good logic, imho.
  • So because he is a man and its likely that he doesn't have cellulite his input is not valid? Do you realize how ridiculous you sound. And FYI, cellulite in men, does occur even if its not as common. And lucky *kitten*, have a much easier time getting rid of it too.
  • You weight does not determine whether or not you will have cellulite. Even skinny minnies of Hollywood have cellulite. Cellulite can be due to physiology, dieting too hard or too much, alteration of connective tissue structure, hormonal factors, and genetic factors.
  • I agree with the CLA. I used to have a B shaped belly (fat above the belly button too so it looked like a capital B), and its mostly gone. I got the CLA about a month and half ago. Some days I forget to take it, but I still noticed a result. But once I'm done with this bottle, I will take it again when I start my next…
  • IMO, no. I love the plain one, which is low on carbs and high on protein. I use it cooking a lot, as dips, spreads, etc. I don't eat it more than once a day because I don't want to get bored with it lol.
  • This is why I don't agree with their point system. I had a co-worker trying to get me to join WW at the wellness thing we had at work, but I couldn't do it. She pays $38/mo and has lost only 3lbs since February. I spent $0 and lost 20lbs. I kept telling her the amount of sugar she consumes on WW is holding her back but she…
  • I have nothing against diet soda. I drink diet coke, so I can eat regular cake.
  • No one said anything about no food, as a matter of fact you drink this in addition to your eating. You just got to be more strict than usual about what you eat that week. And like she said, its temporary, like if you have an event to go to. Not a magic fix. People need to get their panties out of a twist.
