I bought a bungee rebounder for my family. It's quiet for me to do my cardio workouts at 5am, my teenager can do her thing with the kettlebell, and my mom uses it for simple stability training. It was a good option for the days I couldn't bring myself to step outside.

I've been on THOSE meds for years. They can cause weight gain and what is worse is the stress increases cortisol which makes losing even harder. 30 mins of walking is great for your mind and body. Just start with moving for 30 mins. Don't worry about speed or anything else. You will soon find it gets a little easier and…

Im learning to run for the first time in my life (and on hills no less). This weekend I ran for a total of a mile up and down hill (out of the 4 miles) and I did it in the rain.

The short answer is unfortunately yes. The dr suspects gluten intolerance (not celiac) and you are correct it is rare but not as rare with someone with other autoimmune diseases. I have lupus; yes it sucks but it's my reality. Another rare thing that occurred was a vertebral artery dissection while exercising 2 years ago.…

I should add that I have been trying to stay gluten free and this weekend I got sick instantly. So I'm not as worried about the calories as much as that meal where you have eaten the "old way" and regretted it.

I have lost 65lbs. I have to take pics and take measurements every month so I can see I'm not that size anymore. Because I still feel and see that original size. It helps.

I was great a few years ago. I'm still on here but I'm terrible at logging. It's not like putting a recipe in is hard. I get to focused on one thing and forget the other

Welcome back! We did this once we can do it again.

I'm back here after losing 70lbs (half the weight I needed) , leaving, gaining after life got in the way, losing, and now I'm back here sitting at 204lbs to lose the rest and could use some friends that don't mind venting and sharing ideas

Welcome back. I'm in the same boat... you can sit next to me. Warning I gripe a lot as I'm now gluten free , low carb, and LOVE my carbs. Why do they have to be so darn good?

You can do this! One meal at a time. at a time, One day , and you see will where you can start to change your habits.

Welcome back! I understand. I lost 65lbs. Gained back 60lbs and am now back down 50lbs with 60lbs to go. Depression creeps like thick fog. I'm glad to hear you made your way out to see the sunlight. Good luck!

I just did this a few days ago. My family got ice cream, I got Ben & Jerry's so it was measured. The first night I did well to eat one serving. A few days later I finished the whole container to get it out of the house.

I started at 265lbs, lost 67lbs, got hurt, gained back 35lbs, and now I'm down to 223lbs. At times I have a wicked sugar addiction that I'm learning to curb. At 5'3 I should be about 135lbs (that's pushing it). I'm always open to new people.

I'm back after a family loss, a few health set backs, and 40lb gain. I have 90lbs to lose in all. I keep reminding myself "Learn from the past but done get stuck there". Feel free to add me.

At one point I needed to lose 125lbs (I hate admitting that) and got down to 62lbs to go when I let things go out of whack. I'm back with 90lbs to lose and this time I'm not only working on the food and exercise but myself along the way.

I started with needing to lose 120-125 lbs. I staled and now I'm back at it with 90lbs to lose.
