Thanks I started with Strong lifts, now Cube Method till Meet. Then rest week and Ill probably do another round Dont know what I will do after that. Probably do a Cut.

I have been doing carb nite for 24 days last night was my carb flush ate about 5000 calorie night. During the week I keep my carbs down to 30 g per day and protein intake to around 300 g. hello i dont know if you have access to a gym , but when I started lifting I used a program called strong lifts they have a app for Iphone or Ipad or you can look it up online. You need to check out Cathe Friedrich's videos. They are the hardest I've found. www.cathe.com
