Back again
Hello all again, I had Knee surgery on Dec 19th (scope and lateral release) Just cleared to resume lifting and cardio. I started a diet of Carb Back-loading today (3 mos) in an effort to to build back my strength and kill fat. Feel free to add if your like minded and like to lift heavy!!
