I had the same issue, but if I "slipped", so what! I did it right 95% of the time. I only did it for 10 days. I will cycle back about every 6 weeks. Hope this helps

Big detouroff MFP for a couple of weeks...work and dister relief in Crisfield, Md. Despite all that, even manged to lose a lb!! Back at it. Would like to get to gola wt by the end of March...10lbs to go.

I have similar issue, but compunded with crappy thyroid (hypo). No energy, and have not seen much of an increase even with treatment. Not sure what to do. I'v lost 23 lbs since the end of November, but am currently plateaued at 187. Want to get to 170 by the end of March, so May 9 is a good backup plan for me.

Actually I love working out...but never have enough time. I am a numbers geek with a Garmin, so that makes me dangerous!! My primary cardio is spinning/biking...and am starting to run as well. Goal is 3 days aerobic/2 days anaerobic. I try to vary the aerobic to keep it interesting. Last Sunday (it finally got over 50…

If you are talking to me, I thought those are my baby steps. My big goals are to lose 12 more lbs, ride some centuries this year and do 638 mile ride in Oct down Skyline Dr and the Blue ridge Pkwy in Va, NC and TN.

Yeah it does. Do a search on"Strength training (weight lifting, weight training)" under Cardivascular excericise, and you can log in minutes, and the calories will be calculated

After taking a day off...back at it. Able to keep HR avg at 147, with max of 165 over 40 minute workout. I am about to go into 14 day VO2 max booster cycle.

I agree with all of the comments the others made. I lost 7 lbs the first week, and total of 19 by thend of 5 weeks, but then I started to gain, despite (or maybe because) of consistent daily deficit. i said screw it for a few days, reset my calories, rested and started agin.
