  • MEGAN FOX <3 We're about the same height, and I'm almost to her supposed 114lb weight. I'm not sure we have the same body type, or if I could ever really look like her. But she is my most visual insipiration!
  • Most vegetarians are fine so long as we eat a wide range of nutritious foods. Soymilk, beans and veggie burgers, and spinach are my favorites for calcium, protein, and iron respectively. However, since you have a condition, I'd definitely take a multi-vitamin and maybe other supplements for omega3s, and iron (especially as…

  • I have no set number, but I just understand if it was a good day or not. It depends on how busy I was, or what food options I had to take. It just depends. And I never get mad about being calories under...
  • Wow everyone, thanks so much for all your input! I didn't know the breakfast importance thing was a myth, I'd just assumed. And since I kinda understand my breakfast size effects, everyone's "whatever works for you" advice is perfect encouragement! Thank you!
  • Just, carbs are NOT evil. They are necessary nutrients, for energy and such. I'm not sure about the wheat thing though. Its not entirely bad, but try to avoid wheat that's super processed.
  • Pizza! And/or pasta.
  • Wow, this is fantastic!
  • Jumping jacks and jump rope are good cardio exercises that can take 10 minutes. (or more for the jump rope) Do pushups, situps, just easy strength and core exercises. If you have stairs you can walk up and down those, or step up and down a chair for 10 minutes. I know that sounds ridiculous, but if you do it consistently…

  • What if you drank carbonated water? I don't know if that's good for you or not though, but it's bubbly. If you go to the powdered drink section of the store, they will be some tiny packages of juice flavoring. Most of them have only 10-20 calories, and a little can go a long way. ;)
  • Thanks everyone for your input! I'm really gonna look at Chobani and Dannon, those seem to be the most common. You've also given me more brand names and lots of ideas of what to eat with my yogurt. Fantastic!
  • Running and jump roping are good exercises for cardio, but at the same time I find them real boring. My favorite is dance related cardio, like Jazzercise or color guard. Pushups and pilates are also some challenging strength work. I like to put on some good music to keep me entertained!

  • Yes. Last year Lent helped me to become a vegetarian, realizing I don't need meat and such. I know it can sound cheap but really, giving up something I thought was way important pushed me to depend more on God for sustenance and yeah. This year I'm fasting from cheese, because I eat it a lot. It's a legit fast. ;)
