What are your favorite and least favorite exercises? My two least favorites, pushups and running, seem to be the most effective so I keep doing them. Also, though I despise them I lose the feeling after them so I keep doing them! Starting to fall in love with Yoga and Kettlebells, for pretty much the same reasons!

At this moment I think my favorite exercises have to be elliptical and hiking....my least favorite are for sure push ups/pull ups-cuz I can't do em....and jogging more than 15min....although someday on my bucket list I'd like to run something like a 5k.... :ohwell:0

My favs are situps and yoga and my least fav would be pushups.0

Running and jump roping are good exercises for cardio, but at the same time I find them real boring. My favorite is dance related cardio, like Jazzercise or color guard. Pushups and pilates are also some challenging strength work. I like to put on some good music to keep me entertained!0
