Foods you eat/don't eat the day before a weigh-in?
Apparently one should avoid sodium as it retains water. What other foods stay in your system for longer and should be avoided to stretch for the lowest number on the scale?

Should breakfast be the largest meal of the day?
I know it's the most important. But should I consume the most calories at this time since I have the rest of the day to burn it off? At what time of day should you weigh the least?
I always thought to weigh myself first thing in the morning, to be consistent and to see the lowest number possible. But sometimes the weight I am right before I go to bed is pounds lower than what it was in the morning! Any idea/explanation why?

Best things to cut back on?
As in foods. Like soda? cheese? white bread? And other parts on the nutrition facts label. Is it best to cut out fats or carbs? What role do they play in body fuel and weight loss?

Causes for binging? Solutions/advice?
Anyone else binge with absolutely no control? Know reasons for? I go through a pattern it seems, where I stay under my goal for 2-3 days then binge big time one night, 2-3 days recovery and then I binge and lose all my progress. Am I the only one? Grocery shopping in the morning and need some yogurts! I normally get the Great Value brand but I'm not going to Walmart tomorrow so...
