Right now I'm eating about 1400 a day. I lowered it to 1200, but that didn't really seem to help much at all, and I was kind of miserable. I'm about 5'4ish. I'm absolutely in! I love having support from all you wonderful people! SW: 218 (When I first started working out, January 2014) CW: 170 GW: (For this challenge): 150-155, ultimate goal weight is 120-140. I've been working really hard, and generally losing about a pound a week. So yay!

You guys are all awesome. Glad to know other people still have "fat brain." My husband tells me all the time I feel smaller, and I believe him, but my brain still says "nope!" I'm super proud of myself for the weight loss, just trying to kick my brain into gear!

I agree with what everyone is saying, you need to eat less to lose weight. I HATED cardio when I started working out, but now I love it. I went from barely being able to run 1 mile without walking about 4 times during the run, to now running 3-4 miles every other day, and last week I ran 6! I don't know when it happened,…
