I am 5'3", and currently hover around 140 lbs (down about 36 lbs from 176 lbs). Looking to get down to 125-130 lbs (56-59 kgs).

Wow!! This is pretty much my story!! I am 5'3" too, started at 82 kgs and now at 64-65 kgs (do not have a very accurate weighing machine) .... Your loss is so heartening!! Well done! You looked beautiful then, you look beautiful now :)

@jojoeastcoast , I did not lose much weight with it, merely 2-3 kgs. But I lost inches all over. Within 2 months, my husband (who typically sees me everyday, lol) said that I looked slimmer. Also, the program is great for cardio conditioning and building overall strength too. My shoulders and back have never looked more…

5'3", SW 176 lbs (80 kgs) CW 143 lbs (65 kg) GW 130 lbs (58 kgs). I dont count calories and try to eat by intuition and hunger. So far I have lost ~15 kgs...lost more inches and went down several dress sizes. When I started, I logged for a few days and came out to be between 1500 and 1600 calories.

Me too!!! I wake up by 6.30 and workout from 6.45-7.30 at home. Currently doing Jillian's ripped in 30. my question is, do u guys eat something or work out empty stomach? what are the pros and cons?

All you lovely ladies who lift weights at home -- how heavy are you able to lift? Do you have sufficient weights? I can only go up to abt 20kg on my barbell right now (measly I know). I am also afraid that if I up the weights (by buying more) and try to do heavy squats or deadlifts etc, I might get injured in the absence…

I workout from home too !! I also resort to Jillian Michaels, and FitnessBlender! Currently I am doing "Ripped in 30", 3rd week. I have done "body revolution" as well as one of the fitness blender 8 week for busy people programmes .. lost 16 kgs so far :) I don't log on mfp though ....Would love to get together with people…
