Not an expert but I would go for until the pain is sufficiently low that you can get back to your workouts. When aches and pains strike I tend to slow down the pace; it give me the opportunity to still stay active without the strain.

My 2c on the question is that you should try to build into your system the time you spend burning up calories. At first it is not easy but with perseverance it will become part of your DNA. Hi Amber, Great job! I find this App fantastic at helping me drive towards my target and it was less difficult that I thought. The changes I made was to put aside sweets and sugar (which was never really a problem for me) and reduce carbs (that required a lifestyle change). I do put in at least 1 hours of exercise a day.…
