Skipping breakfast is a TERRIBLE idea. Even if you aren't hungry something small and healthy is best. i.e. overnight oatmeal w/ protein powder and fruit in it. I usually have my Shakeology as breakfast then add some protein and creatine. If I don't have the Shakeology I tend to fall out of routines and also crave more.…
