Well I'm actually already happily married, and I felt amazing on my wedding day. Now I'm just trying to get that great feeling back for two weddings I'm a bridesmaid in this summer.... plus 4 more as a guest!! yikes going to be busy!

ripped in 30 is good, similar to 30 day shred but you do each workout for a week instead of 10 days since there are 4. I try and do it every other day :) I also like her yoga meltdown :)

pulled pork 500 g pork tenderloin low sodium BBQ sauce 5-6 cloves garlic 2 onion roughly chopped 1.5 cups water put onion, garlic, pork in crock pot and cook on low for 6-8 hours add BBQ sauce and pull pork apart with two forks. Serve with vegetables, whole wheat bread, or whole grain rice :) enjoy
