Hi, My son is 11 months old. I gained around 40-50 lbs and have been really struggling to focus and stay on track. I was probably around 230 after birth and am currently around 208. My current goal is 175. Please add me- I need the motivation :)

Did you visit Jeju Island?? That's where I live and where Halla Mountain is... Where are the steel mills? I've been to Busan, and will visit Seoul next month.

It was 1950 meters (I think that converts to around 6,400 feet) This is my first mountain, would love to do some more now :)

I've been here for 10 months working. I knew since day 1 I wanted to climb it, but knew I wasn't fit enough to do it until now. I head back to Canada in July :)

I live in Korea- I can't say I love all Korean food... by Yukgaejang is pretty good... REALLY spicy though, but it will fill you up... Korean BBQ is my favourite, dukbokki is also delicious and spicy (but not low on cals!!) If it were me- I would stick with the sushi.... plain salmon or avacado rolls :)

After loosing 13 pounds counting calories, I need a push to get me to my goal weight.... I'm following phase 1 of the south beach diet. My current weight is 170. I would like to loose 10 pounds in 6 weeks :) good luck all :)
