If you just try to take it easy on the added sugar, I think you'll be fine. My limit is 25 grams - I buy NO SUGAR ADDED applesauce, and that is 24 grams of sugar right there! That's terrible. My ex doesn't have a picture because I got a new phone, but it was a picture of one of my kids. But we have a great relationship still and I have no problem having a picture of him on my phone.

I agree with the above posters. I am a snacker also though. I have a desk job and get bored, so I snack on things. I end up eating about 8 times a day, but very few calories each time.

I can't! I get so bored at work I have to munch on something. So yah, lots of really low calorie meals. I like your plan otherwise though! :wink:

I agree! Today I had cherry tomatoes, hard boiled egg and tuna on my salad. Weird? Maybe. But I was trying to fit in more protein! :)

Thanks for all the info. I'll be researching these after work tonight. I do best if I have a program to follow, so I'll have to decide which one will work for me. I like the sound of new rules since it sounds like it includes some food guidelines as well. But strong lifts is free. Will also check everyone else's…

:laugh: I definitely do! Already have tomorrow entered up until dinner, so I know how many calories I have left for dinner. And I take my snacks and lunch to work so it isn't likely to deviate.

Nice legs! You must be doing something right if you've already lost 58 pounds, great work! I'd say keep it up and you'll lose the last bit of weight and the muscle will be more visible. I imagine you're getting some cardio in with the strength training?
