Yep same here, Since MFP, I now eat because I have to, morning breakfast, my usual snack, lunch and then dinner :) Before it was like Eat Eat Eat again, UUuuu whats that?! Eat, Eat, LOL I feel a lot better now! =D

Your scale could be going up, because your building muscle! I say don't drop your calorie intake, keep working out, and you will soon see the scale drop again.....that happened to me when I first started working out..

Chew on Celery? I notice when I eat celery the little fibers from the vegetable sometimes take a while to chew down....It's healthy so even though your not hungry your not chewing on something that shouldn't be swallowed(gum) or something that is high in calories...

I guess it all depends on what works for you, If I get a craving and it's something I shouldn't be eating cause my calories are low, I litterly grab some water and start chugging while walking away! I always go by what my calorie count is that day, and wether I'll be exercising or not....good luck to ya!

I'd say walk right past it and don't turn and look, or throw it out, not sure if they have it at your job, or you have it at home....just walk away and stay strong!
