Thanks! No I just went to the Nike store, had the sales guy tell me how good those shoes were, and I tried them on and they felt great, but that was it, you know the salesman doing his job by telling me how great they were etc....:ohwell:

Like she said smaller portions! I ustue eat like a beast!! LOL so start by smaller portions, and then work your way through eathing things that might not be needed for example mayo on a sandwich, I no longer eat mayo, I just put mustard instead! :) you can do it! woohoo!

definitly doable! but you will have to work out almost everyday, and eat healthy, IT IS HARD WORK!! I lost 7 lbs in 55-60 days, that's a lil over a month, but let me tell you, I really busted my butt, so if you want to see results GO AT IT HARD AND STAY STRONG! Good luck to ya!

This is definitly true, you have to want it bad, you have to know why your working out, and set a goal...that's the only way you can push yourself to say no to yummy foods all the time, and to get working out!
