  • just read this, great article thanks! You know I'm always telling people that all I drink is juice and water, I've never been a pop drinker, and now I'm realizing that maybe I should drink more water and less juice, I would probably then shed these lbs a little easier! Thanks! :happy:

  • I've heard that a lot, that it's more accurate on the heart rate monitor, and I've also heard that we're probably really burning more then MFP says....I'm curious to find out if this is true as well, cause I'm about to go buy me one if this is true!! =D -Jess
  • Welcome! :happy: You'll love this! and although you have a small goal, I think MFP is much more then that, it makes you aware of what you eat, and how much of it. Once I reach my goal, I'll keep using MFP to help me maintain, because the whole calorie intake, and the 6 different meals/snacks a day really will help on…

  • I've heard that Jillian Michaels 6-pack is No Joke, I heard it's real tough, but definitly does give results, I do the Jillian Michaels Yoga Meltdown, and it's intense everytime! I love her, she gives me the motiviation and burn I need! Her vids Are amazing and intense! Good luck to ya!

  • I use baby powder! =D and I'm not really shy or care about what people might think, so I'll take my Mini baby powder out and apply it if I feel it bothering me LOL I've heard there's actually stuff out there for joggers that you can apply, but baby powder is so much cheaper! ;) Good luck!

  • Hello, I'm a new yogi, and let me tell you, Yoga is amazing!! I do Bikram yoga, which is yoga in a heated room of 100 degrees! O_O it's not as crazy as it sounds lol but I burn about 980 calories in a 90 min class, I also do Jillian Michaels yoga video, which is an hour long, and I burn 450 calories! =D yes you can burn…

  • I did the regular spayed for my doggy, and she recovered in about 3 days, she just slept A Lot, and I'd wake her to go out to potty and eat and then she'd go back to sleep, she was good as new after 3 days :) pups do heal faster! Good luck! -Jess From Illinois
