I use a foam roller to help recover quicker from those types of workouts. Also try mixing in yoga, it has helped me stay flexible when I am doing weigh training.

Kayaking and hiking are my favs. Sometimes I will paddle out to the middle of a lake and read a book with my toes in the water. When I drift back to shore I paddle back out to the middle. So relaxing.

You can do upper body and ab excercises. For lower body work on the bigger muschle groups. I would try low/no impact excercises such as squats, deadlifts, leg extensions and butt lifts (bridge). I did these during my ankle injury last fall while I was in physical therapy. Good Luck!!!!

Also cross-training, don't work out the same muscle group day after day. Allow time for recovery inbetween workouts. If you go to a gym that has personal trainers you may be able…

Check out Recipe Inspirations by McCorrmick. They are really good. My husband and I love them. They are found in the spice aisle in your supermarket. What's great about them is they give you all the spices you need pre-measured. You add the chicken and a few more ingredients and you have a delicious meal. This week I made…

7 pts off of your fat % is FANTASTIC and is a significant drop. You should be very proud of yourself. Don't equate your success only to this one measurement. I have a twist on how to enjoy smores. Instead of the chocolate and marshmellow. I have used Jell-o Mousse as a substitute. The mousse is only 60 cal per serving. What I do is spread the mousse on the graham cracker. It gives you a similar texture without the added calories. 60 cal - Jello Sugar Free Pudding - Mousse…

What I do is select the brand of popcorn from the database then where you pick the portion I select the entire bag from the dropdown. If I know I ate half the bag of popcorn then I enter .5. I use the same method for when I cook mac and cheese. Hope that helps.
