my sister and i went to Intimacy and got fitted and i have to say althought he bra's were expensive they fit like a dream. i bought two. my daughter is also rather large chested for a teen and we found luck with Soma. if you can try either one of those as they did a great job

i have done both the classes and the wii. the classes are definitely better and i am guessing the dvd's are probably bettr than the wii but i did work up a sweat and since i already had several of the different wii fitness dvd's i thought it was good to add to the collection....

I started eating a bigger breakfast then a little smaller lunch and then dinner was small as well. And i drink plenty of water which seems to help but not always. I had to train myself to eat larger earlier and it was hard.

As your sister i can tell you that we both did this and well it works short term but i think for you it is a good start to get you motivated as it will show results quickly but i think long term the tracking and the food diary will help you figure out the best way to eat. i totally blew it today and instead of feeling bad…
